Deck overview

Riku of Many Paths leads a Temur spell-slinger deck that wins by converting modal spells into extra cards, Birds, and +1/+1 counters while Talrand, Young Pyromancer, and Fiery Inscription turn each instant and sorcery into flying attackers and direct burn. Secondary paths use exile-cast synergies (Lilah, Stella Lee, Party Thrasher, Doc Aurlock, Ojer Pakpatiq) and Arcane Bombardment plus Will of the Jeskai to chain many spells in one turn. Riku's role is both the repeatable card-advantage engine and a growing trample threat; the deck can still operate without him through token makers and burn, but loses its best payoff. No hidden commander is present.
