Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Dragon tribal midrange build commanded by Rivaz of the Claw. The strategy accelerates into high-impact flying threats ahead of curve using Rivaz's dedicated mana production. It establishes board dominance through explosive ETB damage triggers from cards like Terror of the Peaks and Scourge of Valkas, while token producers like Utvara Hellkite and Lathliss, Dragon Queen quickly create an overwhelming airborne army. If opponents disrupt the board, Rivaz and mass reanimation spells like Patriarch's Bidding leverage the graveyard to rebuild rapidly. Asymmetric sweepers like Crux of Fate break board stalls in your favor, allowing your Dragons to close out the game through combat and direct burn damage by Turn 7.
