Eluge ni Joms by Joseampil

Format: Commander

Commander: Eluge, the Shoreless Sea

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-blue deck, led by Eluge, the Shoreless Sea, is a control-combo build that weaponises cost reduction and flood-counter synergies to deploy cheap instants and sorceries at will. The primary win condition is the classic Leveler + Thassa's Oracle line: empty your library with Leveler, then trigger the Oracle's devotion-based check for an immediate win. Backup plans include Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, Laboratory Maniac, or the hand-size shenanigans of Triskaidekaphile and Twenty-Toed Toad. A dense counterspell suite (18+ pieces) and mass-bounce effects such as Cyclonic Rift and Consuming Tide keep the board clear while you assemble your combo. The commander's ETB/attack flood counters make your first instant or sorcery each turn almost free, enabling silly sequences like chaining Capsize with buyback or casting Enter the Infinite for a handful of mana.
