Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai Human tribal combat deck commanded by Éowyn, Shieldmaiden. Its primary strategy focuses on assembling a wide board of Human creatures to trigger Éowyn's combat ability, generating pairs of 2/2 trample haste Knight tokens and drawing extra cards. The deck leverages the Monarch mechanic through cards like Aragorn, King of Gondor and Palace Jailer to sustain card advantage while preventing opponents from blocking profitably. The win condition is combat damage, scaled through overrun effects like Shared Animosity, Door of Destinies, and Taunt from the Rampart. While the deck features solid removal and board-protection spells, it remains reliant on untapping with a wide creature presence and lacks instant counterspells to disrupt opposing non-creature combo turns.
