Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black discard and group-slug archetype commanded by Tinybones, Pocket Nuisance. The primary game plan focuses on stripping away opposing hands through dense, redundant discard spells like Burglar Rat, Delirium Skeins, and Dark Deal. By combining symmetric hand destruction with asymmetric value engines like Containment Construct, Moonstone, Harsh Mistress, and Tinybones, Bauble Burglar, the deck breaks parity and continues developing while opponents are reduced to top-deck mode. As opponents lose their resources, passive punishers such as Raiders' Wake, Fell Specter, and Entropic Battlecruiser convert every discarded card into direct life loss, supplemented by ping damage from the commander. Large threats like Tourach, Dread Cantor, Necrogoyf, and The Haunt of Hightower scale rapidly from cards placed into graveyards to close out the game through combat. While the strategy excels at starving opponents of options, it remains vulnerable to artifact or enchantment heavy boards and decks that profit from a filled graveyard.
