Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord is a graveyard-matters deck that mills itself, streams creatures into the graveyard, then converts their power into direct life loss with Jarad's sacrifice ability. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard with Glowspore Shaman, Mulch, and Old Stickfingers, then reanimate a high-power payoff like Lord of Extinction and fling it repeatedly via Jarad. Dreadhound and Izoni provide a secondary drain/grind path, while reanimation spells keep the engine going through removal. The deck's hidden commander is effectively Lord of Extinction/Old Stickfingers, as Jarad needs them to turn the graveyard into lethal. Rune-Scarred Demon provides its main tutor to assemble this.
