Deck overview

This deck is a focused Boros Dwarf typal and Treasure aggro strategy commanded by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The game plan curves low-mana Dwarves and equipment during the opening turns, establishing an early board state before casting Thorin on Turn 4. Once Thorin enters, every subsequent Dwarf creates Treasure tokens while Thorin grants all other Dwarves a massive power boost scaled to your total artifact tokens. The deck turns wide boards of small creatures into lethal attackers on Turn 5, leveraging double-strike enablers like Reyav, Master Smith and Dáin Ironfoot to punch through opposing defenses. High-end payoffs like Magda, Brazen Outlaw, Ancient Copper Dragon, and Terror of the Peaks provide explosive alternate win conditions. While the deck possesses immense combat burst potential, it relies heavily on maintaining creature permanents and features a lean reactive interaction package.
