Deck overview

This mono-red deck turns artifact accumulation into aggressive board control and direct burn under the command of Smaug the Magnificent. The deck ramps aggressively on early turns using efficient mana rocks and Treasure generators such as Guild Artisan and Magda, Brazen Outlaw. Once Smaug enters the battlefield, his innate haste allows immediate attacks that turn banked Treasures into direct damage against any target. The deck quickly snowballs by multiplying token production through Xorn, Academy Manufactor, and The Reaver Cleaver. Opponents face constant pressure from scaled attack triggers, Dragon beatdown, and non-combat ping damage from Reckless Fireweaver. As the game progresses, the deck closes out matches using extra combat steps from Port Razer or Hellkite Charger, an alternate upkeep win with Hellkite Tyrant, or an infinite mana loop via Mana Geyser and Reiterate.
