Just Hoppin Around by Pizzaboiqt

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Kwain deck forces everyone to draw and then punishes that draw. Kwain taps to give each player a card and life, which fuels Smothering Tithe treasures, Rhystic Study and Consecrated Sphinx card advantage, and damage from Psychosis Crawler, Scrawling Crawler, Iron Maiden and Ebony Owl Netsuke. Stax pieces like Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, Silent Arbiter and Overburden slow attacks and creature spam while you assemble engines. You win by milling with Folio of Fancies, draining with draw punishers, decking yourself with Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, or casting Approach of the Second Sun twice with tutor support. Mind Over Matter acts as the hidden engine that turns any tap-to-draw artifact into infinite draw.
