Kilo, Apogee Mind is the engine: whenever it becomes tapped it proliferates, and the deck repeatedly taps and untaps it with Aura of Dominion or Freed from the Real. The primary win is Darksteel Reactor, accelerated past 20 counters by Kilo, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus (a hidden commander that doubles proliferate), and Strionic Resonator. Secondary paths include The Millennium Calendar, a burst from Geistflame Reservoir, or extra turns from Magistrate's Scepter. Kilo attacks early because of haste, while countermagic and Inspirit, Flagship Vessel protect the artifact shell. The build is combo-control: assemble an untap aura plus a counter win-con, protect the pieces, then convert charge counters into a one-shot win.
