Deck overview

Niv-Mizzet, Parun is the engine and the deck's only real win condition. The deck aims to cast Niv-Mizzet as early as turn 3-4 using fast mana and rituals, then attach Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout to create an infinite draw-damage loop. Secondary lines use Flare of Duplication and Narset's Reversal to copy rituals and generate mana, or Vivi Ornitier and Roaming Throne to convert noncreature spells into damage. The deck is a fast combo-control shell with 19 counterspells and 13 free interaction pieces, protecting the core while digging through Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and The One Ring. The commander is the entire plan; without Niv-Mizzet, the deck has no way to win.
