Deck overview

This is a single-minded Izzet storm deck: resolve Prismari, the Inspiration and turn every instant and sorcery into a storm spell, then bury the table under copies. The early game is pure setup - mana rocks, rituals, and cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer, Baral, Chief of Compliance, and Stormcatch Mentor - to hit the 7-mana commander on turn five and untap for a kill turn. The storm chain is fueled by cantrips (Ponder, Opt, Brainstorm, Frantic Search), drawn cards from Archmage of Runes, and mana batteries like Storm-Kiln Artist, Resonating Lute, and Seething Song. Wins come from a stormed Boltwave (3 damage to each opponent per copy), Tasha's Hideous Laughter decking all three opponents, mill via Brain Freeze with Flashback for a second wave, or a high-count Grapeshot. The "prepared" MDFC creatures - Emeritus of Ideation, Blazing Firesinger, Emeritus of Conflict - add repeatable Ancestral Recall, Seething Song, and Lightning Bolt effects.
