Deck overview

The deck uses The Ur-Sphinx as an eminence cost reducer and builds toward a large Sphinx board. Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign is the key operational engine: it makes each Sphinx cast reveal four cards and convert part of that selection into hand advantage. Kindred Discovery, Consecrated Sphinx, Sphinx of Enlightenment, Tivit, Seller of Secrets, and Smothering Tithe can compound the value once several creatures are in play. The deck also has strong individual interaction, including free or cheap counterspells, exile removal, and Teferi's Protection. Its main limits are the very high curve, modest early acceleration, limited tutoring, and lack of a compact win condition. Combat and Atemsis, All-Seeing offer credible pressure, but neither reliably finishes all three opponents on a fixed clock. The deck is best treated as a slow, resilient tribal value deck rather than a competitive combo or lock strategy.
