Deck overview

Bard, King of Dale is an Azorius draw-and-token multiplier: every draw effect is doubled, and every token event creates twice as many tokens. The primary plan is to resolve Bard, then use second-draw token payoffs (Prince Imrahil, Mischievous Mystic, Emrakul's Messenger, Adeline, Ocelot Pride) and cheap draw spells to flood the board, finishing with Moonshaker Cavalry or Luminarch Ascension angels. A secondary pseudo-combo uses Gleaming Splendor plus Smothering Tithe to convert opponent draws into doubled Treasures. The 99 has no true hidden commander; King T'Challa // Black Panther is a support legend, with his front face (draw) more relevant than the back face (double-strike beater).
