Deck overview

Silverquill, the Disputant is a single-faced commander whose casualty 1 makes every instant and sorcery a two-for-one. The primary plan is to build a wide token board, then finish with mass pump or drain. Secondary paths include Blot Out the Sky as a reset that clears noncreature permanents while leaving a flying token army, Exsanguinate as a mana-sink finish, and Mirkwood Bats/Elas il-Kor as incremental drain. The commander's flying vigilance body is also an evasive beater. Shadrix Silverquill is a hidden commander in the 99, offering tokens, card draw, and a +1/+1 anthem. The deck is built to use Silverquill's casualty to double token spells; it does not depend on a double-faced transformation.
