ANTI LANDFALL by oberberabo

Format: Commander

Commander: Derevi, Empyrial Tactician

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Bant toolbox deck leverages Derevi, Empyrial Tactician to control the pace of the game through tap and untap manipulation while building an overwhelming board state. Derevi breaks symmetry on taxing and resource-denial pieces like Hokori, Dust Drinker, Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, and Deafening Silence by repeatedly untapping lands and mana engines during combat. A deep creature tutor suite-including Birthing Pod, Prime Speaker Vannifar, Vivien on the Hunt, and Eldritch Evolution-continually chains low-cost creatures into high-impact threats like Protean Hulk and Soul of the Harvest. The deck closes games by locking down opposing resources and swarming the board with evasive fliers and token armies.
