Commander: Jacques le Vert

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Naya deck forces combat with goad auras while it attacks with vanilla creatures. Jacques le Vert gives +0/+2 only to green creatures, so he adds little toughness and the deck does not need him. The real payoffs are Muraganda Petroglyphs, Jasmine Boreal of the Seven, and Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, which make vanilla creatures larger, unblockable, and doubled each combat. Goad pieces like Shiny Impetus, Martial Impetus, Redemption Arc, and Bloodthirsty Blade send opponents' threats at each other while you keep a wide board. You win by letting opponents trade, then finishing the last player with buffed vanilla attacks. No infinite combo exists; damage is fair combat.
