Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green aggro-stompy strategy centered on Mutant tribal synergies and +1/+1 counters. Commanded by Michelangelo, Mutant BFF, the deck focuses on establishing an evasive board state where creatures with counters cannot be blocked by more than one creature. The early game deploys efficient mana ramp like Nature's Lore and scalable utility creatures such as Gyre Sage and X-23, Deadly Weapon. Once Michelangelo enters on Turn 4, the deck uses Mutagen tokens and counter doublers like Hardened Scales to rapidly inflate its attackers. Critical onset occurs around Turn 6 with overwhelming combat multipliers such as Wolverine, Claws Out, Leatherhead, Iron Gator, and Triumph of the Hordes, closing out the game across two subsequent combat rounds. Card draw engines like Terrasymbiosis and Inspiring Call sustain hand size while providing vital resilience against board wipes.
