Deck overview

This Edgar Markov deck combines aggressive Vampire tribal beatdown with resilient aristocrat draining and an instant-win combo. Edgar's Eminence ability provides continuous value from the command zone without mana investment, producing a 1/1 Vampire token whenever you cast a Vampire spell. The deck uses this steady swarm of tokens to fuel sacrifice outlets like Ashnod's Altar, trigger drain effects like Blood Artist and Cruel Celebrant, and break parity on board wipes. For its primary win condition, the list tutors for the two-card combo of Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Bloodthirsty Conqueror, which creates an infinite loop of life gain and direct damage that eliminates all opponents in a single turn. While Eminence ensures exceptional rebuilding speed after removal, a high count of tapped lands and limited stack interaction leave the deck vulnerable to faster combo strategies.
