Graves into Gardens by RedemptionN8

Format: Commander

Commander: Yedora, Grave Gardener

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-green lands-matter and face-down synergy deck helmed by Yedora, Grave Gardener. The core engine converts dead creatures into face-down Forest lands, feeding a dense landfall package - Avenger of Zendikar, Scute Swarm, Mole Man, Moloid Master, Sazh's Chocobo, and Floral Evoker - while Ashaya, Soul of the Wild doubles as a second "creatures are lands" effect. The deck wins through combat: ramping into oversized threats like Worldspine Wurm, Hydra Omnivore, and Thunderfoot Baloth, then finishing with Overwhelming Stampede or a wide Avenger token board. A face-down/morph subtheme (Deathmist Raptor, Temur War Shaman, megamorph) adds recursion. Built as a teaching deck, it emphasizes landfall triggers, board development, and combat math over combo lines - there are no infinite combos, and the plan is straightforward ramp-into-beaters.
