This Simic Salamander deck uses Gor Muldrak, Amphinologist to generate 4/3 Salamander tokens and give you protection from Salamanders. You keep your creature count low to trigger Gor each end step, then use type-changing effects like Unnatural Selection, Artificial Evolution, and Omo, Queen of Vesuva to turn opponents' creatures into Salamanders so they cannot attack or damage you. The primary win is go-wide combat pumped by Coat of Arms, Murkfiend Liege, and Garruk's Uprising, with Triumph of the Hordes as an infect finisher. Secondary wins steal boards with Peer Pressure, Cultural Exchange, and Reins of Power after mass type-change. Gor is a defensive engine, not a combo piece; the hidden engine is Coat of Arms and the type-change package.
