Glorious Combat! by LazyWizard

Format: Commander

Commander: Kardur, Doomscourge

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Kardur, Doomscourge leads a forced-combat attrition deck. The primary plan is to stick Kardur, then use Rite of the Raging Storm and Goblin Spymaster to create attackers that must hit other opponents, while end-step sacrifices turn into Kardur and Blood Artist drains. Goad enablers like Disrupt Decorum, Karazikar, and Agitator Ant keep pressure off the commander and feed extra card draw. Shredder, Shadow Master acts as a secondary closer by halving life totals across the table. The deck wins through incremental life loss and combat damage rather than an infinite combo, and it can be stalled if the commander or the Rite engine is removed.
