Atraxa, Praetor's Voice: Infect Aggro by RottingHellkite

Format: Commander

Commander: Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a four-color poison and proliferate midrange deck helmed by Atraxa, Praetors' Voice. The core plan seeds opponents with poison via infect and toxic creatures, then multiplies those counters through Atraxa's end-step proliferate and a dense suite of redundant proliferate effects until everyone reaches ten. Secondary paths include a sudden Triumph of the Hordes alpha strike, Vraska, Betrayal's Sting's ultimate finishing the last few counters, and oversized combat threats such as Tyrranax Rex and Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider. Atraxa is an efficient 4-mana engine that accelerates the poison clock and grows +1/+1-counter boards, but the 99 already contains ample independent proliferate and toxic sources, so the deck is not wholly commander-centric. The list plays as a resilient value-poison strategy that grinds advantages through counters rather than classic infinite combos.
