Format: Commander

Commander: Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Spider tribal build helmed by the transforming duo Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man. The front side provides a cheap 0/1 that creates a 2/1 Spider token on entry, while the back side grants all legendary spells the web-slinging keyword, allowing you to cast them at a discount by returning a tapped creature. The primary game plan is to deploy a wide board of Spider creatures, buff them with lords and anthems like Wall Crawl and Spider-Ham, Peter Porker, and win through combat damage. A secondary, more compact win condition exists in the form of a single infinite combo (not visible in the deck list), which the deck can assemble with the help of a repeatable tutor engine. The deck relies on incremental value, cheap interaction, and the commander's cost reduction to out-muscle opponents.
