Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a focused mono-red Goblin tribal deck helmed by Krenko, Mob Boss, the quintessential token-swarm commander. The primary game plan is to generate an overwhelming number of 1/1 Goblin tokens, then finish the table with combat damage amplified by lords, damage doublers/triplers, or direct-damage triggers like Purphoros, God of the Forge and Impact Tremors. Krenko's activated ability acts as a force multiplier, instantly doubling or tripling the board each turn. Secondary win conditions include Goblin War Strike for a single big shot, Fiery Emancipation / Gratuitous Violence to dramatically increase combat damage, and Terror of the Peaks to convert token ETBs into targeted damage. The deck is linear and aggressive, with a suite of token generators, haste enablers, and a few utility pieces to protect Krenko or clear blockers.
