Deck overview

This mono-red aggro-burn deck is commanded by Zurzoth, Chaos Rider, a legendary Devil that rewards forced card draw with 1/1 Devil creature tokens. The strategy revolves around accelerating Zurzoth onto the battlefield on Turn 3, followed by symmetrical draw engines such as Temple Bell and Geier Reach Sanitarium to generate tokens on opponents' turns. In combat, attacking with Devils triggers table-wide rummaging, disrupting opponents' hands while expanding the Devil army. The deck converts these tokens into lethal pressure using enter-the-battlefield pingers like Impact Tremors and Agate Instigator, damage amplifiers like Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and Mechanized Warfare, and explosive combat buffs such as Shared Animosity and Devilish Valet. When tokens die in combat or via sacrifice outlets like Goblin Bombardment, their death triggers finish off damaged opponents. Supported by creature theft cards like Mob Rule and mass goad via Disrupt Decorum, the deck overwhelms the table through relentless burn and combat attrition.
