Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet artifact midrange list led by Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man. In the early turns, the deck deploys mana rocks, cost reducers, and utility artifacts while using the front side of Tony Stark to dig for heavy artifact payloads. On turn 5, the deck pays 6 mana to transform Tony into The Invincible Iron Man, a 5/5 flying creature with haste that cheats artifacts directly into play at the beginning of combat. Cheated threats like Tri-Sentinel, Act of Vengeance, Steel Hellkite, and Simulacrum Synthesizer rapidly expand the board and apply heavy combat pressure. Backed by efficient countermagic, hexproof protection, and asymmetric sweepers like All Is Dust and Vandalblast, the deck protects its board while using evasive swings and extra combats from Seize the Day to close out the game around turn 8.
