ViVi Deck by Dieds-

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is simultaneously a scaling mana battery and a table-wide clock. This is an Izzet spellslinger deck built around chaining noncreature spells: each one grows Vivi with a +1/+1 counter, pings every opponent, and detonates a web of payoffs - Guttersnipe and Firebrand Archer turn spells into reach, Storm-Kiln Artist converts them into Treasures, and Veyran, Voice of Duality doubles the entire trigger stack. Because Vivi's {0} activation carries no tap symbol, she refunds her current power in mana the very turn she enters, letting mid-game turns become one long cast chain. The kill is a single explosive turn: a high-storm-count Grapeshot, an Aetherflux Reservoir activation after a long chain, or Fiery Emancipation tripling every ping. A compact deterministic kill hides in Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Ophidian Eye, and the deck ships roughly two dozen interactive cards to survive long enough to storm out.
