Format: Commander

Commander: Isshin, Two Heavens as One

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Isshin, Two Heavens as One leads a Mardu attack-trigger swarm. The primary plan is to cast Isshin on curve, then stack creatures and permanents that reward attacking so every combat creates extra tokens, draws cards, and drains all opponents. Secondary paths use extra combat from Karlach or Aurelia, the Warleader, or mass pump from Warleader's Call and Akroma's Will to turn the wide board into a lethal alpha strike. Isshin's doubling is the engine: without him the deck still functions, but token generation and damage are roughly halved. There is no hidden commander; Mishra, Claimed by Gix is a drain payoff whose printed meld companion is absent from the 99.
