This Boros spellslinger deck is piloted by Lorehold, the Historian, who turns every instant and sorcery in hand into a {2} miracle spell while looting on each opponent's upkeep. Because an upkeep draw represents the first card drawn that turn, any drawn instant or sorcery can immediately be cast for two mana.
