Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Jeskai aggressive combat deck commanded by Sonic the Hedgehog. The strategy revolves around deploying efficient creatures with flash and haste, allowing you to flash in threats on opposing end steps and attack immediately on your turn. Once Sonic attacks, it continuously distributes +1/+1 counters to all flash and haste creatures, steadily scaling your board into a formidable army. Combat payoffs such as Chocobo Knights, Raphael, the Muscle, and Akroma's Will convert this accumulated power into lethal, unblockable, or double-striking alpha strikes around Turn 6. Asymmetric wipes like Damning Verdict and Wave Goodbye clear away opposing blockers while leaving your counter-buffed team intact. Backed by flexible instant-speed protection like Guardian of Faith and premier removal spells, the deck maintains high pressure while preserving its board against opposing interaction.
