Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color control and Polymorph strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan revolves around accelerating mana on Turns 1–3 with dense 2-CMC artifact ramp while creating disposable creature tokens via cards like Skrelv's Hive and Dreadhorde Invasion. On Turn 4, Jace is deployed to immediately activate his -3 loyalty ability, exiling a token to cheat an overwhelming creature or planeswalker bomb into play from the library. The payoff suite features formidable threats such as Archon of Cruelty, Hullbreaker Horror, Serra's Emissary, and Archfiend of Despair. Supported by free counterspells like Fierce Guardianship and Force of Will, powerful board wipes like Sunfall, and combat taxing effects, the deck controls the tempo of the game before overwhelming opponents with evasive combat damage and double life loss by Turn 7.
