Deck overview

This deck is an Esper flying aggro-control strategy centered around Alela, Artful Provocateur. It operates by converting cast triggers from low-cost artifacts and enchantments into an evasive army of Faerie tokens. Early turns focus on accelerating mana with rocks like Sol Ring and Talismans, quickly deploying Alela on turns 3 or 4. Once established, the deck chains historic spells, draws cards with engines like Skullclamp and Caretaker's Talent, and layers anthems like Favorable Winds and Flowering of the White Tree. The deck safeguards its board with counterspells such as Force of Will and Mana Drain alongside protection spells like Galadriel's Dismissal. It closes games by delivering evasive combat damage across the table by turn 8, occasionally accelerated by Notorious Throng or Rally of Wings.
