Deck overview

This deck is a classic Dimir Faeries tempo build adapted for multiplayer Commander. Led by Obyra, Dreaming Duelist, the strategy focuses on playing primarily on opponents' turns using flash creatures, cheap interaction, and token generation engines. Early turns establish incremental value through cards like Bitterblossom, Faerie Mastermind, and Talion, the Kindly Lord, chipping away at opposing life totals with evasive flyers and Obyra drain triggers. The disruption suite is exceptionally efficient, featuring premier free and 1-mana counterspells such as Force of Negation, Mental Misstep, Swan Song, and Spellstutter Sprite alongside targeted removal. The deck converts its early board advantage into a decisive game-winning push around Turn 6 by leveraging a prowled Notorious Throng or lord-buffed combat damage to finish off the table by Turn 8.
