Deck overview

Crystal, Inhuman Princess rewards the deck for casting multicolored noncreature spells, but the clearest finish is the Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal loop. With Crystal on the battlefield and at least three mana from nonland permanents, the Scepter repeatedly casts copied Dramatic Reversal, untaps the mana sources, and triggers Crystal for 1 damage to each opponent each time. The loop therefore deals unlimited damage to the table. The deck has strong color fixing, many two-mana rocks, cheap mana creatures, and a substantial counterspell package. Merchant Scroll, Tribute Mage, Muddle the Mixture, and Wargate improve access, but they do not reliably find every required role together. The deck is strongest when it develops mana early and protects a turn-7 combo attempt. Its main weaknesses are artifact dependence, commander dependence, limited recovery after a destroyed combo core, and a lack of sustained proactive denial.
