Commander: Witherbloom, the Balancer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Witherbloom, the Balancer is a green-heavy token swarm deck that uses the commander's affinity to turn token-making instants and sorceries into efficient or free plays. The early game is about creating Pests, Saprolings, and suspended Rhinos; later Jaheira, Friend of the Forest and Springleaf Parade convert that board into mana. The primary kill is a single Triumph of the Hordes alpha strike, with Ghalta, Primal Hunger and Impervious Greatwurm as backup beaters. There is no hidden commander; the deck is simply built to maximize creature count. Witherbloom itself flies, has deathtouch, and usually attacks as part of the final lethal swing.
