Deck overview

Inspirit, Flagship Vessel leads a charge-counter and artifact-matters game plan. The deck drops Inspirit early, uses its beginning-of-combat trigger to bank two charge counters per turn on a key artifact, and multiplies those counters with proliferate. Darksteel Reactor and Lux Artillery are the primary win conditions, while Cyberdrive Awakener can animate the artifact board for a combat finish under Alibou's haste. Kilo, Apogee Mind acts as a hidden commander in the 99, turning every tap into a proliferate. The strategy is incremental rather than combo-based; it seeks to reach Inspirit's eight-counter state, where other artifacts gain hexproof and indestructible, and then protect the charged permanent. The deck is slow to assemble but has strong artifact recursion to rebuild.
