Just Hoppin Around by monoblueenjoyer

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kwain, Itinerant Meddler leads a group-hug control deck that forces everyone to draw and then punishes that draw. The primary plan uses Folio of Fancies, Temple Bell, Howling Mine and Forced Fruition to inflate hands, then wins by decking with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac, or by draining with Psychosis Crawler, Scrawling Crawler, Iron Maiden and Ebony Owl Netsuke. Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal creates infinite mana with rocks, while Approach of the Second Sun offers a spell-based alternate win tutored by Mystical Tutor and Enlightened Tutor. Kwain provides early political draw and enables a Mind Over Matter loop, but most engines work without him. Psychosis Crawler and Jace act as hidden finishers.
