Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Bant aggro list commanded by Arcades, the Strategist. It leverages the asymmetric mana efficiency of high-toughness, low-cost defender creatures to create large attacking threats while continuously drawing cards. By casting cheap walls on early turns and landing Arcades on Turn 4, the deck rapidly converts defensive bodies into offensive beaters. It uses asymmetric board wipes like Slaughter the Strong and Dusk // Dawn to clear opposing blockers without harming its own 0-power army. Premium evasion pieces such as Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive and Akroma's Will ensure combat damage connects directly against all three opponents. The deck is shielded by top-tier phasing and indestructible protection spells including Teferi's Protection, Clever Concealment, and Heroic Intervention, making it exceptionally resilient against opposing board wipes and targeted interaction.
