Silverquill Influence - Killian (from Edhrc) by fjuanma

Format: Commander

Commander: Killian, Decisive Mentor

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Killian, Decisive Mentor is an Orzhov Aura voltron deck that uses the commander's enchantment-triggered goad/tap and attack-draw to control combat and build card advantage. The primary plan is to suit up Killian (or the hidden commander, Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice) with Auras, draw through enchantresses, and win with commander damage. Secondary paths include Eriette of the Charmed Apple's life drain, goad Impetus effects, and token/recursion engines like Archon of Sun's Grace and Replenish. It uses goad to keep opponents' creatures away while a single enchanted threat grows. The deck is not a fast combo; it wins by incremental combat and attrition.
