Treasure time w/ Smaug by Ulty

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug the Impenetrable

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a BR combo-treasure deck built around Smaug the Impenetrable. The primary plan is to make noncombat damage: cast indestructible Smaug, hit it with burn such as Blasphemous Act or Stonesplitter Bolt to mass-produce Treasures, then convert that artifact mass into drain with Mirkwood Bats, Reckless Fireweaver, and Academy Manufactor, or win at upkeep with Revel in Riches. The faster secondary plan is the deterministic Professor Onyx + Chain of Smog loop, found with Vampiric Tutor, Diabolic Intent, or Dark Petition. Smaug the Magnificent and Smaug, Wicked Worm are supporting treasure dragons, not hidden commanders; the commander is an engine and enabler rather than the sole win condition.
