Deck overview

This is a Rakdos Wizard ping and spellslinger deck helmed by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer // Trance Kuja, Fate Defied. The core plan floods the board with 0/1 Wizard tokens and permanent pingers, then casts a high density of instants and sorceries to drain the table. Once four Wizards are present, Kuja transforms into Trance Kuja and doubles all Wizard damage; further multipliers like Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, City on Fire, and Collective Inferno turn each noncreature spell into lethal table-wide burn. Secondary paths include storm finishes via Grapeshot and Tendrils of Agony, plus value from Mizzix's Mastery and Reiterate. The commander accelerates token production and supplies the cheapest damage doubler, but the 99 already contains enough independent pingers and multipliers that the deck still functions without it. Wins come from accumulated noncombat damage rather than combat or pure combo locks.
