Deck overview

Kuja, Genome Sorcerer is the deck's engine on its front face: every end step it makes a Wizard token, and once four Wizards are on board it transforms into Trance Kuja, who doubles all Wizard damage. The deck then combines that doubler with other damage multipliers-Solphim, Fiery Emancipation, Artist's Talent, Tor Wauki-and a chorus of 'cast a noncreature spell' pinger Wizards, so each instant, sorcery, or enchantment becomes a burst of damage to every opponent. Secondary plans include a storm finish with Grapeshot and a Chandra emblem. There is no hidden commander; the 99 is built entirely around flipping Kuja and magnifying the pinger engine.
