Deck overview

This is a symmetrical draw-punishment deck built to turn every opponent's card draw into damage. Nekusar, the Mindrazer is the primary engine; Underworld Dreams, Spiteful Visions, Megrim, and Niv-Mizzet form a second layer that punishes draws and discards. The deck wins by assembling one or more of these enablers with a mass draw effect such as Magus of the Wheel, Whirlpool Warrior, Magus of the Jar, or Dragon Mage. Because it has no infinite combo, it relies on incremental Nekusar triggers plus a few wheel turns to close out. The commander is the main thread; without him, the plan survives only through the redundant enchantments and is significantly slower.
