Deck overview

This Simic deck harnesses Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty to turn high-cost spells into cascading cascades of value and overwhelming board presence. The primary strategy accelerates mana in the opening turns through dense 1- and 2-mana ramp pieces, deploying Imoti by turn 4. Once Imoti is active, every spell with mana value 6 or greater casts an additional free spell from the library, quickly multiplying threats across the battlefield. Massive payoffs like Apex Devastator, Koma, Cosmos Serpent, Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, and Tooth and Nail flood the board with huge bodies and extra card advantage. The deck finishes games on turn 6 by granting trample and massive stat buffs with Craterhoof Behemoth or Surrak and Goreclaw, or by chaining extra turns with Expropriate. Heavy redundancy ensures smooth operation even if the commander is removed, as standalone game-ending threats easily overpower opponents on their own.
