Deck overview

This deck is a classic Sultai graveyard midrange engine piloted by Muldrotha, the Gravetide. The primary game plan accelerates mana through land-based ramp and low-mana creatures to establish Muldrotha on Turn 5. Once active, the deck leverages deep self-mill from Mesmeric Orb, Perpetual Timepiece, and Stitcher's Supplier to convert the graveyard into a second hand. It achieves game-ending board states around Turn 6 by resolving high-impact permanents like Avenger of Zendikar, Titania, Nature's Force, or a mass Living Death, finishing the table over two combat rotations via Overwhelming Stampede, Wonder flying evasion, or Syr Konrad, the Grim death triggers. Simultaneously, Muldrotha establishes an oppressive attrition engine by recasting Plaguecrafter, Pernicious Deed, Caustic Caterpillar, and targeted removal every turn cycle. The list maintains high resilience through redundant reanimation spells and self-sufficient midrange threats that function smoothly even if the commander is removed.
