Azula pruebas by Rhasall

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Fire Lord Azula is a combat-spellslinger hybrid: attack with her, bank {R}{R}, and turn every instant or sorcery cast that combat into a copy. The primary plan is to make Azula huge with copied pump spells, then close with Tainted Strike plus Chandra's Ignition, or burn the table out through Ral, Storm Conduit and Professor Onyx. Backup engines-Thousand-Year Storm, Bonus Round, Birgi, and Storm-Kiln Artist-can storm off even if Azula is removed. There is no hidden commander; the closest alternate engine pieces are Birgi and Veyran. The build is explosive but draw-dependent because it has no premium tutors and only one Tainted Strike.
