Format: Commander

Commander: Thrun, Breaker of Silence

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Thrun, Breaker of Silence, is the deck's centerpiece for a classic voltron strategy. The primary plan is to ramp into Thrun early, then suit him with a combination of auras and equipment that boost power, provide evasion, and offer protection, aiming for a 21-point commander damage kill. The deck's secondary path generates card advantage through enchantress effects (Enchantress's Presence, Setessan Champion) to fuel the main game plan. While Thrun's inherent hexproof and indestructible (on your turn) provide resilience, the deck is vulnerable to mass removal and lacks speed, relying on a steady stream of creatures and enchantments to overwhelm opponents.
