Deck overview

This mono-red aggressive deck converts creature token generation into unblockable, table-wide direct damage using Purphoros, God of the Forge. The deck accelerates Purphoros onto the battlefield by Turn 3 or 4, where his indestructible enchantment typing protects him from most conventional board wipes. Once assembled, the deck rapidly stacks damage amplifiers like Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and Solphim, Mayhem Dominus before casting explosive token spells such as Song of Totentanz, Tempt with Vengeance, or Firecat Blitz. Each entering token deals amplified burn damage to all opponents simultaneously, bypassing traditional combat barriers and pillowfort defenses. Supporting elements include nonbasic land disruption with Blood Moon, burst mana generation via Mana Geyser and Battle Hymn, and card flow through Skullclamp and impulse wheels. The deck presents a consistent Turn 5 onset and regularly closes games on Turn 6 while maintaining solid resilience through alternate burn outlets.
