Brudiclad, the Token Machine by bonk_and_cronk

Format: Commander

Commander: Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer token-conversion deck built around a simple but explosive premise: generate a board of assorted tokens, create one powerful token, then let Brudiclad's combat trigger turn every token into a copy of it. The deck leans heavily on artifact ramp and artifact-token generators (Sai, Master Thopterist, Third Path Iconoclast, Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, Pinnacle Emissary) to flood the board, then finishes by converting everything into copies of a Wurmcoil Engine, Idol of Oblivion's 10/10 Eldrazi, or a stolen/copied opponent creature via Rite of Replication, Replication Technique, See Double, or Mirrorform. Secondary paths include Portal to Phyrexia for board control and Urza, Lord High Artificer as a mana/Construct engine. The deck is a durdly, value-oriented artifact-token strategy whose entire identity lives in the command zone.
